1. Full Refund

✅ If we are unable to deliver the SOP within the agreed timeframe and no work has been provided.

 ✅ If we fail to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances from our end. 

✅ If you cancel the order within 12 hours of payment and work has not started.

2. Partial Refund

✅ 50% refund if you request cancellation within 3 days of placing the order, provided that the SOP is not completed. 

✅ 30% refund if you are not satisfied with the first draft and decide to discontinue the service. 

✅ If revisions are not completed as promised, we will assess the situation and provide a fair partial refund.

3. No Refund

❌ If the final SOP has been delivered and approved by you. 

❌ If the refund request is made after 7 days of delivery. 

❌ If multiple revisions have been provided and you still request a refund. 

❌ If you do not provide the necessary details required to complete the SOP. 

❌ If your SOP does not lead to university admission, scholarships, visa approval, or supervisor acceptance (as we only provide writing services, not outcome guarantees).

4. Order Cancellation

✅ You may cancel your order before we start working on it for a full refund. 

✅ If work has already started, the refund policy as stated above will apply. 

✅ For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
